ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION/ DIVERSION PROGRAMS
Alternative learning programs provide individualized programs outside of a standard classroom setting in a caring atmosphere where students learn the skills necessary to redirect their lives from destructive decisions. Diversion programs are an alternative to the traditional sentencing procedures in the juvenile justice system. If eligible individuals partake in therapeutic and educational resources that will better themselves and their community.
CROSS CULTURAL COMMUNICATION TRAININGS
Now more than ever, people are learning how to communicate cross-culturally. Maybe you're going on a trip to a new country, or you met a new friend or co-worker who speaks another language. Learning new cultural traditions and diversity will build rapport with many different lifestyles.
